Provisions is a modern American craft kitchen. Our focus in on seasonal, locally grown and raised products preparing them in the best way possible with the quality of the ingredient shining through. We cook with the seasons to ensure the best possible dining experience with the health of our environment and our customers at the forefront. We practice natural and sustainable methods of cooking and search that out in the products and farmers we use for our carefully executed cuisine. We love to cook and to serve and we strive to create a place that we would love to eat, our main pursuit is the happiness of our guests, that is why we are here doing what we do. We look forward to having the chance to serve you from our kitchen.

                                            Reservation was ready and on time, service and ambiance were great but pasta was slightly salty and my Halibut was slightly over cooked. Salad was delicious.

                                            Good food, good ambiance, I was surprised the total wasn’t higher (which doesn’t happen often these days!) but I always feel like something in missing from my meals here.

                                            Chef Stokes offered a 10 course Prefix with a wine pairing. This was the best meal I've had in the mountain west, and maybe one the best I've had ever. Highly recommend this local gem, incredible value for fine dining.

                                            We dined for brunch. The chicken and waffles dish was good. We miss the pork dishes. The portions appear to have shrunk but the pricing has not increased. The menu is pretty much the same as it was 5 years ago. The service was good. The noise level was too loud. The noisy children’s voices competed with the rock music. My last dinner experience was marked better. Hopefully, the chef owner will update the menu and turn down the music. However, I will return.

                                            Love brunch here. Great atmosphere. Diverse variety of breakfast and lunch dishes that are all very tasty. Service was odd (not terrible) but overall we had a great experience.

                                            We have been coming here for years and this was the worst dinning experience we have ever had here. The server came to our table maybe 4 times total. Food was dropped off by someone else incorrectly. We asked for more drinks and no one returned so we had to flag down the host for the only refill we received. When the server finally returned she just asked if we were done and she could close us out without clearing a single plate or offering refills. To top it off the burgers were burnt. It was a terrible experience but at least it was expensive.
