Provisions is a modern American craft kitchen. Our focus in on seasonal, locally grown and raised products preparing them in the best way possible with the quality of the ingredient shining through. We cook with the seasons to ensure the best possible dining experience with the health of our environment and our customers at the forefront. We practice natural and sustainable methods of cooking and search that out in the products and farmers we use for our carefully executed cuisine. We love to cook and to serve and we strive to create a place that we would love to eat, our main pursuit is the happiness of our guests, that is why we are here doing what we do. We look forward to having the chance to serve you from our kitchen.

                                            I love Provisions when it’s great but food and service havr become unreliable the last year. Eggs Benedict with one hard boiled egg and one very soft?? Food arrived at very different times. When we arrived, they didn’t have my reservation until they realized they’d already sat half my party! Cream for coffee was clotted. My last visit for dinner just 3 weeks ago was outstanding. Hard to keep going back when you don’t know which Provisions is going to show up. Come on team!! Get it together. You have a gem so don’t lose it.

                                            Arrived for opening of brunch, was promptly seated and waitstaff came with water within 40 seconds and asked if we wanted something else to drink. Waitress returned in an appropriate amount of time and took our order. Noting we arrived at opening our food took about 20 minutes to arrive, we had Chicken and Waffles and Egg Benedict. While the portions seemed small (at least to me) the food was flavorful. The waitress checked on us appropriately and provided a bill when requested. I would return.

                                            The food was delicious! i especially liked the endive salad. It was very good. Our main courses were also excellent. The service was attentive. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

                                            10/10 Provisions never disappoint. Great service from Holland. She was attentive and very professional. Coming from NYC I struggle to find consistent good food in SLC and Provisions once again delivered it. It is one of not many excellent restaurants in Utah.

                                            It was a lovely Valentine’s Day with excellent specials and the staff was excellent and provided a great experience with some of the best food I’ve had in Salt Lake and quite sometime. Duck spring rolls are to die for!!!

                                            Food wonderful. Service was rushed and rushed to a point we got our entrees before our salad. Received our appetizer before drinks. We politely asked to take the salad off our order. Also, nothing was explained about the menu and how the Valentine’s special worked. We felt like a number.

                                            Provisions is always our go to restaurant because of consistent quality and delicious menu items. Our party of six always find something great, from steak and eggs to chicken and waffles, all very tasty. Coffee was real good and the wait- staff is very attentive and professional.
