Nestled in the Distillery Historic District, Pure Spirits Oyster House and Grill invites you to experience the charm of Victorian-era industrial architecture, both indoors and on our delightful patio. Known as the best seafood restaurant in Toronto, we take pride in serving fresh oysters from Canada’s east and west coasts, along with unique specialties from around the globe. At the slightest sight of summer, we open the doors to our patio where you can sit and take in the beautiful Victorian Industrial architecture that the site is famous for. Grab a seat at the Oyster Bar where you can mingle with a Chef shucking your oysters to order and teaching you about the amazing flavours and how to best match it to our selection of local beers.

Pure Spirits is truly a family friendly place. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our waitress Iona was amazing. She took the time to help us with menu choices. Thank you for making our New Year's Eve a memorable and special one.

I have dined here with my family several times. It is always a stellar experience. The food is always fantastic. There service is fast. Even on a busy night of the winter market. We arrive nearly 30 mins early for our reservation and they still satus right away. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The amotmospher is casual but still classy. It is loud but I could still easily hold a conversation with my senior parents. The menu is diverse enough that even my partner that hates oysters didn't feel left out and had an amazing experience. It is pricey but worth it for that special night out.

Like being in a castle wine cellar! The freshest seafood especially a multitude of different oysters! An oyster shucker extraordinaire! And you get looked after by knowledgeable staff who are full of fun and personality! ( Anna!!)

We had a family holiday lunch (7 ppl) and the service and food were excellent. There were options for everyone. We all enjoied our time

It was a great dinner. Service was very nice and friendly. Portions were sufficient for our family. Seafood was very fresh. Highly recommend the seafood experience for two.

Pure Spirits is an underrated restaurant in a very desirable location that we frequent regularly. Having gone recently during the Christmas Market we noticed the food quality and service decrease slightly but it's significantly more busy than usual. Their oysters are our favorite in the city (so far) and prices are reasonable for what you get. The atmosphere at all times is lovely.

We are amazing dinner with our friends. Our server was extraordinary and was very careful to ensure that my food allergy accommodations were perfect. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
