Nestled in the Distillery Historic District, Pure Spirits Oyster House and Grill invites you to experience the charm of Victorian-era industrial architecture, both indoors and on our delightful patio. Known as the best seafood restaurant in Toronto, we take pride in serving fresh oysters from Canada’s east and west coasts, along with unique specialties from around the globe. Driving south to north, the parking lot is on right hand side. Coming from Front on Parliament, pass Mill street and parking lot is on left hand side. There is parking 24 hours for up to 500 vehicles

At the slightest sight of summer, we open the doors to our patio where you can sit and take in the beautiful Victorian Industrial architecture that the site is famous for. Grab a seat at the Oyster Bar where you can mingle with a Chef shucking your oysters to order and teaching you about the amazing flavours and how to best match it to our selection of local beers.

Incredible spot. Wife is a fairly tough seafood critic. She says 100% heading back. Oysters were delicious. Looking forward to the teonn no person seafood tower next time. Can’t wait…

In short it was fabulous. Really personal and well informed wait staff. The food was amazing - Octopus was the best I have ever had.

My wife had the Past and it was fantastic and I had the fish and chips. The fish was really good put the fries tasted like they were reheated and greasy. Overall we will defiantly return

Great food and service. A little loud for us but no worries seems all were having fun. Great dinner and theatre ( Kim's Convenience at Baillie Theatre) combo. Hlad we landed on a Tuesday as we really enjoyed the oysters..

Our group went here for Winterlicious dinner. the menu looked so good that I wanted to switch menus to the regular one. I didn’t and the apps to dessert were delicious. They also gave us an off the menu veg to try, which was nice. The only small negative was the warm berry chiffon, which arrived without any berries which was particularly why my friend ordered it. The service was great though and the waiter apologized as they ran out of berries. I am already planning my next trip there!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful evening at Pure Spirits. The food was great as always but what really set our experience apart was the people. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic and made our evening very memorable. Pure Spirits is a favourite restaurant for our family and we will continue to frequent.

We had a great time. Our server Michelle made the meal even better, personable, charming and professional. She took extra time to banter with the teen who was with us, (in a good way). We didn't realize it at the time, but I think they kept the place open for us as we whiled the night away. We actually felt bad, but they were so professional that we didn't even notice. All the food was on point. The $2 Tuesday oysters were great, and Michelle ordered us great sharing entrees. I was surprised by the pappardelle. Delicious! I'd come back for the service and food. 3 / 5 had drinks and I think we were about $75 per person. (All in)

Excellent service, warm, friendly, helpful staff, every time we have gone. We go annually to celebrate my sister's birthday in early February! Oysters from the East Coast are our favourite (sorry B.C., I still love you as I lived there for 10 years)! We have had several of the dishes and often find the Winterfest menu very worthwhile trying. Enjoy a casual dining experience. Food is fresh and flavourful!!

Always love this spot. Cant go wrong with any of their dishes. It’s an amazing spot for seafood lovers. The tuna dish and sea bream dish are my personal favourite. Ofcourse don’t miss out on the $2 oyster deals on Tuesday.
