                        Food was unfortunately mediocre. Fried calamari was mooshy inside. But service was great.

                        We were hungry and expected a better menu. The best choice was a cheeseburger for $27 with kettle chips, not fries. The waiter didn’t ask us how we wanted the hamburger cooked, well done or otherwise. Of course, it wasn’t ground beef. It tasted more like a bologna and it was paper thin. The chips were burnt. We could’ve had a better burger at McDonalds. They had a 20% service fee plus gratuity Worst cheeseburger we’ve ever tasted !!!!

                        No point in making a reservation when we showed up there were no tables and they didn’t see anyone getting ready to go! Disappointed there were no time limits established.

                        What a let down and i’m so glad I didn’t end up paying for the New Years Event. We’ve flown all the way from Sydney to have some family time on Christmas day here and the service and food and drinks were absolutely horrible. They forgot our order and the drinks tasted like someone has just put all the concoction together. we couldn’t even drink it. The view was amazing but that was it. Severely overpriced and only 1 elevator to go up and down.. so be prepared to wait. anyways never again.. one of the worst experience in dining.

                        The view of Times Square is amazing. We made a reservation about a month ago for my daughter's 21st birthday, which was last night. Our drinks were really good. The host and Manager were rude and unprofessional. I gave an overall one star for this reason. We didn't order food so I don't know if it's good or not. The host and manager almost ruined our night. They need customer service training. We were visiting from out of state and expected to be welcomed. Do better R Lounge and get your staff the training they need. Horrible customer service at R Lounge.

                        Fabulous way to take in Times Square above the crowds. Food is ok bar food, cocktails were great but the view is the draw.

                        Felt very rushed to finish my meal. It was our third time visiting the restaurant. We took our teenage daughters her to share in the experience and were very disappointed.
