1212 Santa Monica is a unique New American Cuisine restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Santa Monica on the Third Street Promenade. Our menu highlights the palette and diversity of the SoCal landscape. Complimenting the food, our beverage program includes select wines and creative cocktails to enhance your dining experience.

Join us for All Night Happy Hour starting daily at 5pm & Bottomless Brunch every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with bottomless mimosas for only $28. On specific Saturdays & Sunday brunches we charge a $10 Entertainment Fee for those enjoying drag shows in our Main Dining Area.

Enjoy the beautiful beach weather on the patio, or indoors in our massive dining room. Plan a private event or meeting on our Balcony, Private Dining Room or Patio.

Our waiter was literally missing for long bits of time, even the table next to us I could tell was getting frustrated because we were waiting on our check for what felt like 20 minutes. I’ve been here 3 times and the service is always like this

It was probably an off night for them. We had a party of four and one of the entree orders came out so late that the others had already finished eating. Then one of the dessert was toppled and the glass broke when it was served. They didn’t bring out another one till the waiter went to check. They didn’t charge us for the dessert and the waiter was apologetic, but nonetheless it was not the best experience.

We had never been there before and didn’t have high expectations. The food was amazing. It was healthy food without too much butter and salt yet had great flavor.

We loved our seats by the couches and the centerpiece fireplace! Great food, we loved the items on the happy hour. We had a great time overall.

I came to celebrate my mom’s birthday and this restaurant did not disappoint!!! The decor of this restaurant is perfect. Dim lighting on each of the tables with delicate flowers. There is seating outside, inside and upstairs. This time of year the restaurant was decorated for Christmas. Our server was William and he was awesome. When he found out it was my mom’s birthday he made sure she had all of the fanfare of a birthday celebration. Our food came swiftly to our table. My Cesar salad was light tossed with dressing and topped with a well seasoned salmon. I ordered a cocktail 🍹 mambo splash which was not watered down. The acoustics and art in this restaurant is spectacular. The women’s bathroom is large and clean. We had a wonderful time enjoying our meal and the atmosphere of this restaurant.

Great food! Great service! Rico was a great server. Did Thanksgiving there tonight and plan to do it again. Moist sliced turkey, with their signature Brussel sprouts and all the trimmings, including stuffing, mashed taters and a perfect cranberry sauce. We’ve been several times and the food has always been stellar, with one small exception being the pumpkin Oreo cheesecake, which was a bit hard and dry on the top layer of cheesecake. But Rico made it right by treating us to the chocolate lava cake with salted caramel sauce over vanilla ice cream, which was the bomb! Perfectly indulgent.

Food was served cold. The vegetable for the meal and cranberry sauce was served 15 minutes after meal started. Server apologized. Server could have been more attentive. All and all didn't feel special for the holiday. Ambiance was excellent. Wine was excellent.
