1212 Santa Monica is a unique New American Cuisine restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Santa Monica on the Third Street Promenade. Our menu highlights the palette and diversity of the SoCal landscape. Complimenting the food, our beverage program includes select wines and creative cocktails to enhance your dining experience.

Join us for All Night Happy Hour starting daily at 5pm & Bottomless Brunch every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with bottomless mimosas for only $28. On specific Saturdays & Sunday brunches we charge a $10 Entertainment Fee for those enjoying drag shows in our Main Dining Area.

Enjoy the beautiful beach weather on the patio, or indoors in our massive dining room. Plan a private event or meeting on our Balcony, Private Dining Room or Patio.

Join us Monday to Thursday starting at 4pm and Friday to Sunday starting at 4pm! (Fri & Sat at the bar only after 6pm until 9pm) Walk ins and reservations accepted.

Went for dinner at 730pm seating. Took the kids, as the description on yelp said it was ‘kid friendly.’ They had a live jazz band playing. First off, food/meal was great. Things did come out one at a time, which was fine. They did have a kids menu, we had Alfredo, which was straight forward. I think either they were short staffed and or just busy (being a former restaurant owner and current investor in restaurants/Michelin rated) I usually cant help but look and see from a business perspective, with some understanding, that, hey not everything goes as planned or so desired. However the service was…lacking? I think team members tried to help where they can. But our waitress was…guess the best way to say this is…we left disappointed and kind of brushed off feeling. Maybe because we had little ones with us, felt rushed out and not well catered for. Forgot soy sauce for sushi, the tone was bordering on rude (but again, maybe just busy), had to really ask for things for the kids, but felt we were being an inconvenience. We asked for a togo box, just slides to my side to fill in myself, and forgot bag and utensils. Wife had to go ask for it while we were holding onto kids. I guess we just didnt look worthy…but we get it, its not like we dressed up and had two kids with us. Really wanted to enjoy the food and experience, maybe go with lowered expectations. Anyway, food was still terrific.

Loved the music and the service! This is definitely a place to have brunch with your girls! Also, cannot go wrong with the bottomless mimosas! I’ll be back for my birthday this month. 😊

Went for Valentines day at 845pm and they had already "run out" of numerous items on the menu. I understand it's Valentines day but this is the first time I've ever experienced that. I feel they just were not prepared. The waiter was very clearly trying to upsell us throughout the night in a way that felt disingenuous. The ambiance was great though and there was live music which was too loud but that just kinda depends on where you sit and we were close.
