We had a table booked for 7.00pm and were lucky to be seated by the window with a fantastic view of Tower Bridge and The Shard. Having been to 14 Hills previously we know that the restaurant is beautifully decorated and added to this were some lovely Christmas decorations. I ordered the Sea Bream, which was outstanding. My partner ordered the Turkey dinner but unfortunately his food was luke warm and the meat quite tough. He complained and was offered an alternative which was quickly brought to our table. Overall an enjoyable evening and thankfully the complaint was dealt with quickly and professionally. Would definitely go back.

The food was very tasty and worth it. The only aspect to improve is the noise. The music was too loud for normal conversation. It's a good idea to have music playing, but it can't be the protagonist element of the place. It looked more like a nightclub than a restaurant. Really friendly and attentive staff. I would recommend it to my friends and I would like to come back again!

Restaurant extremely beautiful, the first hostess was amazing, but the second one she show me the table should be more kind. Food poor and expensive sorry. Service takes so long for made order, however in general wasn’t bad service.

We were asked to move to the bar after ordering a bottle of wine and appetizers which is not outlined when booking at the restaurant. Fortunately, the view from the tables at the bar was very nice. However, no wait staff came over so we would flag them.

Amazing please, why I didn't know about it existence before. Great service, tasty food and delicious drinks. Coffee is AMAZING!
