We booked a table for 9:30 pm. On arriving, place was almost empty. We wanted the Beijing duck, a speciality at that restaurant, but were informed that it takes 70 minutes to cook, so not possible, the kitchen closes at 10. Asked for other alternatives, and were given recommendations. Positives at this restaurant: definitely the food, which was truly outstanding. The chicken cooked in clay was amazing, and so were the other two dishes. Negatives: early closing (at 10:30 when we were still eating there was tidying up and cleaning already going on next to us), low level of English spoken (the restaurant is located in the Grand Hyatt, a hotel catering to foreign visitors) and the order of the food and drinks arriving. The first dish arrived at least 10 minutes before the drinks (wine), and the first wine we ordered, a white wine was not cold, and we had to change our selection. The staff tried their best, but better training is definitely needed. However, for outstanding food, this is the place.
