1913 Restaurant & Bar is no ordinary restaurant. Named for the founding year of the City of Hope, 1913 is a place where every plate is thoughtfully curated to nourish one’s body, heart, spirit, and soul. Executive Chef Christian Eggerling and his diverse team of culinary talent make healthy food fun, sometimes fancy (because we all deserve it), but never boring. Fresh wild-caught seafood, locally sourced meat, garden-harvested vegetables, decadent desserts, curated wine list and craft cocktail program make 1913 the ideal destination for any occasion. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private events can be experienced in our modern and elegant restaurant or outside on the patio with a picture-perfect view of the local foothill mountains. This was the first time at this restaurant. The food was great and the service was amazing. Dylan was our server; he was wonderful and patient with my friends and I. We also met the manager, Matt. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is the second time I've been there and let me tell you, they don't disappoint. I went there for brunch and the price is reasonable, the food is fresh and the service is A1. This time they had roast beef slider they turned my world upside down. It was so flavorful. If you need a hidden gem to go to brunch at this by far is the best!!!

Everything was amazing! Cocktail - Beekeeper was delicious. I need a pitcher of this! Food - Encrusted Salmon Salad was excellent! Dessert - bread pudding was amazing Service was excellent Can’t wait to come back!!!
