From Monday - Thursday , 14.00 - 16.30, and Friday -Saturday 12.00 - 15.00. Please inform our reception team of any dietary requirements when booking. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please speak to your waiter before ordering. Please be aware that traces of allergens used in our kitchen may be present.

    My experience at 20 stories was great. Staff was very kind and helpful and the food was really delicious. I highly recommend and a special thanks to Rachid for being very patient with us

    The food was not cooked enough. Serving wine was not at the level of the restaurant. It was not good experience. I am not gonna do this again.

    The food was very tasty but couldn’t help but feel like it was a tad overpriced. 4 prawns for £20 seems a little excessive, even though the food was tasty

    Very poor service. No attention from the waiter. Had to constantly try to get their attention for drinks. When we complained we were told the bar was busy. Pay a premium for this restaurant so that shouldn't need the case. Asked for pink lamb which was well done. That should not be the case especially for the price

    I booked 20 Stories as a treat for my husband’s birthday. Our experience was terrible. There was an hours delay between eating our starters and receiving our main courses. Then, the same delay between our main course and dessert. The tables around us were on the second sittings before we had finished our main courses. I cannot fault the staff on the floor. They were very attentive and aware of the issues without us having to raise any fuss. They were very apologetic and I would go as far to say, embarrassed. Whilst I do not want my food thrown at me, the gap between courses was unacceptable. I would not go back to 20 Stories. There are far better places to eat in Manchester. It all feels like style over substance.

    Amazing views from our window seat. Kumar our waiter was very attentive, and brought out a lovely birthday treat for my friend. It would be nice to see more brunch style dishes on the menu instead of lunch options
