Visitors, boaters, and locals alike will enjoy the premier waterfront dining destination on the Crystal Coast

Our waterfront restaurant features locally inspired Eastern North Carolina cuisine with fresh local seafood, hand cut steaks, and seasonal ingredients. 34° North is renowned for its cuisine which is rooted in local farms and pristine waters.

Our menus grant guests a passport to experience delicious locally inspired cuisine and hand-crafted specialty cocktails amidst a relaxed island setting overlooking Taylor’s Creek.

34° North, serves breakfast, lunch, and upscale dinner daily.

34° North captures the island ambiance unique to its Beaufort locale. Dine inside or on the outdoor patio, a covered open-air dining space overlooking Taylor’s Creek and Rachel Carson Reserve, home to over 30 amazing wild horses. The outstanding island views constantly change. Reservations are recommended at all times and outside seating is by request and is not guaranteed.

Lobster bisque too salty and very little lobster. However the citrus micro greens added a lovely floral flavor. The Caesar salad was the best ever. The roasted chicken with orange sauce was a little dry. (Almost like the chicken was cooked in advance and heated up. It was served warm not hot and not enough sauce. Bread and garlic butter good. Coconut cake was nice. Moist and the passion fruit was a nice addition. Chardonnay $14.00 per glass was thin. More like a mineral vegetal Sauvignon Blanc. The Painkiller drink was good. We liked the water view. Server Holly was excellent. We will go back and have Caesar Salad and steak. Husband liked the shrimp and grits.

Caesar salad, filets, mashed potatoes and brusel sprouts were great. Our steaks were over cooked but the quality was top line. The Lobster Bisque was awful. It’s hard to describe the taste but it was nothing close to what I’ve had in the past 4 decades.

sat to close to people couldn’t really enjoy a nice valentines conversation cause people are to close and can hear everything you say which also makes the place to loud

The calamari appetizer was very good although the dip was a bit zingy. The fish tacos were excellent. Nice view of Taylor Creek, Service was om point.
