At 360 Bistro, we have been delighting guests with our creative and innovative cuisine for nearly two decades. Our commitment to using the best ingredients, providing the highest level of hospitality, and dedication to our award-winning beverage program have made us a beloved destination in the west Nashville dining scene.
Under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Paul Sellas, we offer seasonal menus and daily features that add a unique flair to traditional dishes. Our culinary team is passionate about creating meals that leave a lasting impression.
360 Bistro boasts one of the city's largest wine collections, with over fifty wines by the glass and a special reserve list featuring over 1000 selections, which has garnered Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence distinction for more than a decade. Our cocktail menu includes both classic and seasonal drinks, complemented by an extensive collection of premium, hard-to-find spirits and a selection of imported and domestic beers.

    We had an exceptional dining experience with 360! Mohamed skillfully guided us through the menu, which included the delicious Three Meat Bolognese for my wife's Birthday meal and the magnificent Scallop Gnocchi, which I will long remember. The atrium, where we sat, was the best of both worlds. It was surrounded by glass for a view, yet provided privacy and quiet for an intimate atmosphere.

    Great choice for Easter Brunch. I have never been to 360 that my guest has not commented something along the lines of "this is amazing, why have I never come here before!?" Great job!

    The Easter Sunday brunch was just....ok. The shrimp & grits were better than the steak & eggs which included hash brown potatoes which were not hash brown potatoes but little potato cubes. But we had an excellent server. All in all...it was not worth the $65/person before 3 glasses of wine, kitchen fee, tax & tip for a $220+ total.. We've eaten at Bistro360 many times and it had been one of my favorites.

    Love being able to have a great meal around the corner from our house, without having to trek downtown. Service is always perfect and the food was 👌🏻We had the tuna crisp and chicken milanese and they were both great!
