   If you are going for brunch, be sure you are hungry! It is a 5 course meal complete with mimosa for $125 per person and there is A LOT of very good food. We took the left overs home and ate for 2 more meals! We did tell the server that we had reservations in the spa after brunch, but the service was a little slow making us late for the next adventure at the Banff Springs. Be sure to tell your server what time you want/need to be out of the dome. Highly recommended, and they should find a way to have more domes. Currently there is only one! You feel very privileged and special dining in the dome.

   Really unique experience. The food was fantastic. We also did the wine pairing that was excellent. The service was great, even though the server did have other tables. I will say we couldn’t really see the view or stars at 7pm, so it that is important to you, I would try to go on a clear day and before sunset.

    Joe was amazing. I would say this is a don’t miss for anyone in the area. The service was fantastic. The attention to detail was spot on. The food was amazing. No detail was left untouched. Great value for the money. We did brunch on Thanksgiving day and loved every special moment with our family.
