    Banff's most exclusive brunch! Served in our outdoor dome with 360 views of the Bow Valley. $125 per person. Reservations of 3 guests or less will be subject to a rental fee of $250. GST and gratuity not included. Enjoy a freshly prepared brunch menu featuring Buttermilk Pancakes, Eggs Benedict and other brunch classics! Cheers with Mimosas with assorted juices and berries. Cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation or no show will be subject to a fee of 50% of the per person price. Access to the Dome is limited to 2 hours. From December to March, in the event of frigid weather, the venue may offer an alternative indoor location to ensure your comfort.

                the food was amazing but the setup and reservation was unusually bad. reserved for 4, then got confirmation, later got an email that the reso is only for 2, then called restaurant, they were busy, called again the next day, again a confusion about number of guests but we went anyway. Arrived at restaurant, there was a confusion again... not very Fairmont like but once we reached the Dome it was a wonderful experience. Server was lovely but very slow... we noticed she was also serving most of the restaurant inside, we felt bad for her.

                Absolutely incredible night and the whole experience was elevated even higher by our excellent server Jeremy! 15/10! The food was impeccable, drinks were perfect, and overall a great time!

                It was a fun experience in an exclusive dedicated space of your dining experience. The ambiance and decor felt luxurious. The heater and air filter were a nice touch inside the dome. My dedicated waitress, Alisa was excellent and knowledgeable. She was pleasant and kind. The dome felt incredibly spacious with a table that can seat 10 people.

                One of the most amazing dining experiences I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Truly one of a kind, every dish was amazing and we have the whole dome just to ourselves. My family loved it, highly recommend!

                Spectacular experience! 10/10, and we would certainly recommend this to future visitors. Private room with beautiful views + a great meal. The food was delicious and EXTREMELY plentiful (don't worry they provide boxes!). We barely got through the first course of charcuterie and pastries before the incredible second course. Our waiter Sal was not only welcoming, but extremely friendly and very down to earth. He thoroughly explained each of the menu items and came to check on us regularly throughout the meal. The price felt like a steal for everything we got! Helpful tip: pace yourself - there will be so much food, and you MUST try the dessert.

                A great dining experience! Our server was amazing and very attentive. There was no pressure.Make room for more guests so we could stay as long as we wanted. The food was outstanding, but there was so much of it.We could have had another two people join us. It's expensive, but that's expected for the location and the experience.

                I proposed during my dome experience and my server, the Gm and Chef all came out and made it one of the most amazing nights of my life, thank you so much for all you did the food was outstanding service and overall experience were unmatched. My now Fiancé was over the moon.
