My experience at the 360 was not good. I had a reservation for 5 adults on a Friday evening at 7PM. We arrived ontime. Our table was not ready. We were asked if we would like to go to the bar for cocktails until our table was ready, which we decided to do. When we went to the bar and there was not enough seating at the bar for everyone so we sat at a hightop bar table, we were then asked if we just wanted to eat there. NO we want to eat at the revolving resturant we came to, not a high-top bar table. It then took over 30 minutes for them to get us 5 drinks to the table. We were finally, seated and appeitzers were ordered. No appeitizer plates were ever brought to the table. I had to request a wine list, to order a bottle for the table. Once we ordered our meals, we ordered 3 steaks, and 2 mixed grill entrees and sharable sides. It took over 45 minutes for them to arrive to the table. When they did arrive my mixed grill was COLD! Not cool, I mean cold. The others entrees were cool to cold as well and everyones steaks were overcooked. No one every asked how our meal was, if everything was ok or to our liking, etc. At this point we had been there almost 2 hours, and no one wanted to send anything back. We were all ready to leave. It was shocking to say the least. I know they just changed hands and are under a new brand name but they must do better when a table of 5 spends in the upwards of $700! So dissappointed. I will say I have eaten there in the past and this has never been my experience so I am unsure what happened to them this evening ut again I was so dissapointed. It will be a long time before I go back. Perhaps next time they might do better.
