   Excellent dinner. Service great, too. Small place and part of a lovely lodge. Menu fairly simple, but each element was well-prepared, fresh and presented beautifully.

   wonderful experience... server was very attentive and personable, the food was great, and there was a chocolate lab who seemed to serve as an ambassador to the place, albeit from the porch... he was a natural. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

   This was the first time we had been there and it was excellent. Making reservations was easy, the food and service was excellent and the view was beautiful. They did have a dog in the restaurant which I felt was strange while we were eating and I’m a little uneasy around dogs, but he was friendly and I would still recommend.

   Beautiful view (even on a rainy & cloudy day!) delicious meal and the dessert sampler was over the top! Excellent service too!

   We have been here a number of times and never had a bad meal or experience. Last night was no exception, went for my birthday dinner. I had salmon piccata which was awesome! We also had the Brussel sprout appetizer which was also wonderful. Our server was terrific! Perfect!

   Our first visit to the bistro was a resounding success, with the most delicious salads (funny how many people don't focus on these, but a beautifully made salad with a glorious dressing really starts things off the right way), made to perfection sirloin filets to rival any Michelin star restaurant and mouthwatering crème brûlée to round off a perfect evening with wonderful service. Thank you for making our first visit to the area a wonderfully memorable experience! We cannot wait to come back to visit again!

   Excellent freshly prepared food. I had day’s special, scallops piccata, which was cooked just right and served beautifully. Nice selection of local wines on offer. Definitely a needed addition to the local restaurant scene. And they’re open 7 days a week which suits a mid week traveler like me!

   Food and service were excellent. We were able to eat on the outside deck with our dog and a great view of the lake. Highly recommend 3812 Bistro!

    Went on valentines day. Ordered off the regular menu. Tacos were fantastic. Prices are reasonable. Others had the chicken parm and loved it.
