Chef Cristian Orozco combines seasonal ingredients with international flavors. The menu draws upon both tradition and invention. Though the cooking does flaunt luxury ingredients, the heart of the plate is still traditional with a modern twist. 504 kitchen’s purpose is to make sure every guest has a unique dining experience paired with seasonal handcrafted cocktails.

After attending the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and carrying with him his father’s pride that men can become great cooks, he realized that a strong sense of heritage combined with the legendary techniques of French cooking could transform the art of Mexican cuisine for the better

The menu was interesting and unique, the food was excellent, and the service was stellar. Cocktails were delightful and beer, wine selections were great as well. All around experience was wonderful. Highly recommend.

The food at 504 Kitchen is incredible!! We ordered the French toast with berries (amazing), the Mexico plate, and the Denver omelet. The potatoes the only was served with were so good. Everything tasted fresh and amazing. I can't wait to go back and try their dinner menu!

Spread the word on this delicious unique restaurant in Glen Ellyn!!! Wonderful flavors with an exciting menu. The bao buns and croquettes are swoonworthy! The seafood items are also amazing! The cocktail menu is creative with awesome options. Atmosphere is cozy yet classy. Welcoming friendly atmosphere from the owner and staff. We will be back soon!

I can't recommend Five O Four enough. It's not perfect but there are lots of Bourbon Bars, Upscale Mexican or Italian - 504 is unique and something you should try. The appetizers are the real winner but the main dishes are just as good. Give it a shot.

The food was exceptional. I thought I was at a “Chef’s Table” restaurant. The Brussel sprout crostini was out of this world and we were given the most delicious cheesecake to celebrate our anniversary. Really very thankful. And as an ice tea officianado, I can say that the ice tea was also some of the best I’ve had! Definitely will be coming back. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive.

Cozy and intimate spot for seriously amazing food and craft cocktails. Truly a special, standout dining experience in downtown Glen Ellyn. Highly recommend.

Disappointed to learn they had a limited menu for new years even though that wasn’t mentioned on the website. (This was separate from the tasting menu that was mentioned). Was looking forward to the steak and arrives to find out the only entrees were salmon, a mushroom risotto and a truffle ravioli. Truffle ravioli was pretty gross. Only ate about a third of it and didn’t even want to take home leftovers. It was disappointing as we’d been looking forward to trying this restaurant after hearing positive things. Extra bummer as it was a rare night out without kids and New Year’s Eve to boot. Maybe we’ll give it one more shot a different time.
