    The food was exceptional. We had an amazing spring roll starter, followed by entrees of the shaking beef, and chicken and beef curries. One of our group was celebrating a birthday and the celebratory coconut lime flan was the best we’ve had. The service was over-the-top - truly an exceptional experience. We will definitely be recommending and returning to this spot!

    Delicious! Tried a few new dishes and everything was great. The new chairs were better then they used to be and we were able to be seated 15 minutes early. The restaurant was full but food did not take long and the service was paced perfectly. The eggplant and tofu dish was great

    Staff is so friendly, good cocktails and the food is delicious with quality ingredients. Really love it here. Don’t let the strip mall location fool you.

    Great food. Great service. A very pleasant find on New Year’s Eve no less. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    533 Viet Fusion is a wonderful neighbor restaurant and suitable for taking guests from out of town. We eat there often. The dishes are inventive and we have like everything we have ever ordered. Last night our server Rolando was very busy but he checked on each table regularly and the other servers work well as a team.

    Only in Californla __ a VietNamese restaurant owned and operated by a couple of Immigrants from Mexico. After the founder sold the place, a VietNamese friend who ate there often said "The new owners aren't VietNamese ... but the food is better!" My partner and I have eaten often for several years now. The food has never been better. The service is prompt and attentive. The atmosphere is calm and quiet enough for a party of four to have a sustained conversation without raising their voices. Personal favorites: calamari fried in a light batter, wok-fried rice chicken pork or shrimp, protein bowl. Reservations recommended. -
