54 Mint is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown San Francisco across from the old US Mint Building. We offer authentic Roman cuisine prepared only with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Our pastas, bread and desserts are made fresh in house on a daily basis. Our bar offers an extended variety of Italian wines, craft cocktails and high-end imported and local spirits.

Superb Italian dinner with mom and dad. Had a few starters, pasta, then the 30 oz. Ribeye cooked to perfection (to share for the table). Wine selection isn’t comprehensive, but it’s top notch and well priced. :) I have been to 54 Mint twice before years ago and raved about it then. The raving continues! Highly recommend!

The food was so good, only thing I would say is skip the dessert. We got the pear torta and the guaduja cake. They were the only things we got that I thought were mediocre at best. The lamb chops were devine and so was the carbonara

Delicious food, excellent service! The staff was so accommodating, getting us food and drinks promptly so we could get to the theater on time.Would love to come back!

This place was lovely! The food was made from scratch and delicious! Italian at its finest! We enjoyed appetizers, mains and dessert and everything was amazing! Our server recommended dishes and portion sizes and was very knowledgeable and attentive without being obtrusive! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Our server was exceptional! I gave 4 stars only because the veal starter was not good at all. Tough meat, and I don’t think the sauce was homemade(don’t taste like it anyway). All the rest of the food was incredibly tasty, complex flavors, and we savored each bite. Cocktails were outstanding.
