At 7593 Chophouse, fresh seafood is delivered daily and all enhancements are made with fresh vegetables and bold spices. A uniquely extensive wine list and signature cocktail menu also offer wine pairings and libations for every taste, completing the upscale steakhouse experience.     The service was very slow, the food was unbelievably salty, the chicken breast was sliced into two and was barely the size of two or my index fingers, full chicken breast IT WAS NOT. Also the chips that we were given were over salted too and frozen, how can a place that charges such high prices justify frozen chips. Will not be back.

    Service was very slow. We arrived 5 minutes early and were refused entry. So we told them we would go to the lobby bar to have a drink, but then were tild we would lose our table if we did t arrive back in 5 minutes. Quickly changed their time and let us in! Food was Great. Kudos to the chef. However, they were u s Er staffed and we waited a long time for our bill. The greeter outside needs to work on her customer service! Excellent t food but table around us that arrived after us got service and were gone long before us!

    Great atmosphere on a restaurant we found by accident. Food was excellent and one of the best ribeyes that I’ve ever had. Staff was accommodating as we hit some traffic coming from universal.

    Decent restaurant, just not as good as a NY steakhouse The sides were good not great…Steaks were all cooked perfectly which was nice, flavor was good

    We ordered steaks, short ribs, and salmon, with side orders including brussel sprouts and cream spinach. The food has been consistently very good every time we come here. For its price, the wine is not as good compared to the food (though not bad).

    Nice spot inside Reunion Resort. Good option for meat lovers and non-meat eaters. Kids’ menu could use some better options; a small filet would be ideal. Wine list was decent but they were missing 3 of the “by the glass” options which made ordering a single glass more difficult than need be. Their sourdough bread is outstanding and service was attentive and quick. Recommend for a higher end meal around this area.
