At 7593 Chophouse, fresh seafood is delivered daily and all enhancements are made with fresh vegetables and bold spices. A uniquely extensive wine list and signature cocktail menu also offer wine pairings and libations for every taste, completing the upscale steakhouse experience.     Nice spot inside Reunion Resort. Good option for meat lovers and non-meat eaters. Kids’ menu could use some better options; a small filet would be ideal. Wine list was decent but they were missing 3 of the “by the glass” options which made ordering a single glass more difficult than need be. Their sourdough bread is outstanding and service was attentive and quick. Recommend for a higher end meal around this area.

    We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The food was excellent. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive. We will definitely dine here again.
