At 7593 Chophouse, fresh seafood is delivered daily and all enhancements are made with fresh vegetables and bold spices. A uniquely extensive wine list and signature cocktail menu also offer wine pairings and libations for every taste, completing the upscale steakhouse experience.     This was my 1st visit and I was thrilled about everything. The food (I had the lamb chops ) was delicious! The server was very attentive and the ambiance was nice. I would highly recommend it.

    Food was top notch! We had the special Lamb, very tender. Our friends had the fillet, very tender. We did notice a ball of hair on the floor under our table…..

    We made a reservation and were seated promptly at our reserved time. Service was awful. After our drink order was taken, we had to wave down another employee every time we need to order anything additional including our dinner. Other employees had to find our MIA server. We also went hunting for her several times ourselves. She was frequently found at the hostess stand. Our steaks were terribly overcooked. We sent one back. My kids joined us near the end of our meal. No one ever came to the table to offer them food or drink. We sent someone to find our server so I could pay, leave, and feed my children elsewhere. At this price point, we expect better. We visit Orlando frequently. We will not return.

    Shyanne was a wonderful server. All of the food was great. We enjoyed the Chophouse vibe much more than Eleven (roof-top restaurant), as we found Eleven very noisy, however their views were great. Even saw Disney fireworks. Overall glad we choose to eat at the Chophouse followed by after dinner drink at Eleven. Chophouse is pricey, but inline with other steakhouses- which are always overpriced, in my opinion.

    It may have been our expectations coming in, but we were disappointed. It was incredibly loud. So loud we could hardly hold a conversation. They sat tables all together when they could have spread us out to perhaps ease the noise congestion. We did note a table requested to move. We waited over an hr to even get salads/appetizers. 1.5 hrs to get our dinners. The food was mediocre and over priced. If you are looking for a higher end restaurant for a special occasion, I would not recommend based on ambiance, services, and food quality. There is definitely better, and we feel it over priced. We were celebrating a family birthday and were disappointed expecting a higher level experience. We would not return.

    Steak was just mediocre. Flavorless and not seasoned at all. Side dishes were decent but not great. For the price you expect a better quality of steak.

    Tiffany always handles our reservations and does a wonderful job of taking care of our needs. Rachel is an amazing waitress. She has great recommendations and seems to deliver what you need to the table before we even ask. Dinner was delicious.
