Founded in 2011 by Chef Anthony Carron, 800 DEGREES focuses on pure ingredients and a custom wood-fired oven. Our scratch dough, locally sourced produce, and artisan meats and cheeses create a unique, smoky taste in every dish. From hand-made pizzas to wild-caught salmon, every bite will leave you wanting more.

BAR ONE Lounge, a Los Angeles concept now in Charlotte at Phillips Place, is attached to 800 DEGREES. It's perfect for late-night cocktails and fine dining, with a full dinner menu served until 2 AM. The lounge features high-back leather booths, walnut tables, intimate lighting, and art-filled walls, delivering an exclusive yet casual experience. A very noisy and busy Sunday night. Great energy, just hard to talk. Nice acoustic musician. Pizzas were excellent, though not as hot, as in “out of the oven”, as we would’ve hoped - and it took a while to get them. Server was extremely friendly and competent. A very positive and enjoyable experience.

The food and the ambiance were top tier!! Our waitress Lynda was the best!! Even though we sat outside, she made sure to have the heaters working and even gave us blankets!! She checked on us periodically!! We will definitely be returning customers!!

I specifically asked for a table in the back because we have a new baby and we were put right next to the door. The staff wasn’t helpful at all, and our waitress kept asking if we were finished while all our food was still sitting on the table, we’ve been to the restaurant many times and this is the worst service worst food and the worst atmosphere I’ve ever been in. Sorry to say we probably won’t be back.

Brandon was great, food was good , drinks good , slightly overpriced for the amount of food. Server was awesome. The Mac and cheese is meant for a child , pinwheel pasta . Experience was great

Our second time dining at BAR ONE on Valentine’s Day. We enjoyed the Burrata and Cauliflower starters! We 💜 the cauliflower, so unique! We shared the lasagna, which we will definitely order again, as the leftovers were just as good! Cocktails and a bottle of wine to celebrate! We will be back soon with some friends to share one of our favorite spots in Charlotte!

Mister and I had a 5PM reservation for a Valentine’s Day date night. We were seated promptly but five minutes later, an employee stopped by to inform us that we had 1.5 hours to be done with our meal and drinks. We felt this was fair, especially, given the holiday. The ambiance was nice with dim lighting creating a moody vibe. The bar had lively energy and two seats just so happened to open up as soon as the employee left us, so we happily gave up our table and slid over to the bar. Mister enjoyed an Old Fashioned Amsterdam while I enjoyed a Lone Ranger - both were refreshing and generously doused with spirits! Our 800 Signature chicken wings appetizer was delicious and we’d planned to order dinner and dessert until we saw a patron seated three seats down with his DOG seated IN THE CHAIR beside him! Admittedly, I am not a pet person but I am also not an animal hater, however, I don’t think any animal belongs INSIDE any restaurant - especially an upscale one like this - and ABSOLUTELY NOT AT THE BAR! I also did not care to see servers and bartenders petting and rubbing the dog and then tending to food and drinks without washing their hands in between. This has got to be against health sanitation codes for dining establishments and we were sooo turned off and completely disappointed. Mister and I are not the type of folks to make a scene so we quickly requested our check, paid the bill, and ran out of there…never to return again. I am certain that my Mister left a tip but I personally would not have.
