801 is a must when I visit Minneapolis. The food and service are always top notch. And Patrick did an excellent job navigating a unique situation. Two in our party were very delayed. I ordered for them, and our meals arrived soon after the rest of our party. The service was very efficient without feeling rushed. Another great experience.

Great food, bone in New York Strip was excellently prepared, the one pound lobster was fantastic. The pecan tart was delicious. Service was prompt and attentive but not overly so.

This was an overall great experience. Waiter was super attentive and very pleasant to talk to. The food was good...I had the Ribeye and my wife had the filet...both were cook to specification. Sides were garlic mash potatoes and Brussels sprouts. The mash potatoes were a bit heavy but the sprouts were delicious. Would certainly visit again!

The wife and I dined here on a weekend away from the kids. It was a fabulous experience. Our server Tyler was one of the best I’ve had at any restaurant ever. The setting is very classic old-school steakhouse. Lots of wood. Would highly recommend for your next getaway from the kids.
