801 never disappoints as an overall experience. If I had to pick on one thing that was slightly sub-par, it was that their signature Troon martini missed the mark this time. With that said, sitting the 12-15 times we have dined here, it was perfectly done in the past. Every other part of our meal was fantastic, as usual!

Everything was simply amazing! Service was exceptional, recommendations were spot on and the food / drinks came out perfectly timed. Great way to spend our New Years Eve! Left with full bellies and had a lot of laughs along the way.

I had too high expectations, I guess, and ended up very disappointed. The food was not as good as I thought it would be for that price. The prime rib was super salty! The lobster bites were just okay. The service was excellent, though.

Exceptional service and food. It was a little loud because the restaurant was packed due to it being New Year's Eve, but not excessive. Great atmosphere. Free Valet service was a great bonus. We'll be back.

Valet is only available on Tues-Friday. I had called to ask about valet and was told not on weekends. We went on Monday. "Oh, not on Mondays, either." It was Dec, cold, and raining. The inside is reminiscent of an old-time steakhouse. Pictures of prize-winning cattle, cows, and the Union Stockyards sign. Our server was excellent! Very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the steaks and to chat with us. Ask for Jared if you go. The bread is sourdough (not my favorite. Who likes rubbery bread with a tough crust? Someone must! :) Many of the dishes were too salty for us, and we like salt. The steaks were a bit tougher than we expected, for the price. The lobster mac and cheese was dry...it needed more cheese. The hash browns with cheddar were way too salty. The ambiance and service get five stars (except for valet!). The food and price get four stars.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing for prime rib that had absolutely NO flavor. The whole table was disappointed and did not eat their meal!!!!
