We ordered the small appetizer platter that came with shrimp, oysters, and king crab, the halibut, and the lobster fried rice.
I’d rate the appetizer 7/10 - the crab and the cocktail sauce was excellent, the mustard sauce was very good, the shrimp was good, the oysters were middling, and the last two sauces were ok.
The halibut was way over cooked. It had the texture of a well done steak, and the overall taste was of the butter cream sauce was okay. The dish tasted better when salt and pepper was added, which it just shouldn’t need.
The highlight of the meal was the lobster fried rice. That was a home run! So good!
The service was poor. I think the server was new, but at a high end restaurant, one would expect greater knowledge about the menu. And, he would disappear for long stretches of time. For instance, after waiting like 10-15 minutes once we were done with our entre, he dropped off the dessert menu, then was gone again for another 10-15 minutes. At that point we needed to make our train and couldn’t stay for dessert, which was a bummer.
The server was extremely nice, he just needed support to provide a level of service a several hundred dollar meal should come with.
