- 私人派對設施97 West Kitchen and Bar features three private dining rooms, offering a delicious variety of elevated Texas cuisines. Our largest private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each. All of our private dining rooms offer a rustic-luxe ambience perfect for any celebration, event or special occasion. Additionally, 97 West Kitchen and Bar offers two unique Chef’s Table experiences, complete with fully customizable menus and beverage pairings. Our indoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, which allows for one-on-one interactions with Chef Grant. The outdoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 14 guests and is located along Marine Creek under a beautiful pergola and crystal chandelier, surrounded by lush greenery and our herb garden.
