    97 West Kitchen and Bar features three private dining rooms, offering a delicious variety of elevated Texas cuisines. Our largest private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each. All of our private dining rooms offer a rustic-luxe ambience perfect for any celebration, event or special occasion. Additionally, 97 West Kitchen and Bar offers two unique Chef’s Table experiences, complete with fully customizable menus and beverage pairings. Our indoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, which allows for one-on-one interactions with Chef Grant. The outdoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 14 guests and is located along Marine Creek under a beautiful pergola and crystal chandelier, surrounded by lush greenery and our herb garden.

                                                                    our server, Griffin, was amazing! First time at the Drover and we loved it! The food was just right, the drinks were okay (had to send the second ones back, but that happens)... BUT, when it was time to go, the waiter brought out a bunch of plastic boxes for us to make our own to go boxes. It was embarrassing! Like getting your food to go at Applebees... Here I am, picking up a 5 pound cast iron skillet of Brussels sprouts trying to put in a tiny plastic box at my tiny little table while a group of attractive ladies walked past... It felt like I ripped my pants in Highschool and everyone was looking at me laughing. I'm sure it wasn't that bad, but I certainly didn't come there on this date TO LOSE cool points. They had me as a regular until that. If I ever do come back, I certainly won't order more than I can eat. Have a beautiful day!

                                                                    The ribeye steak was good and cooked perfectly but the half chicken and the Mac and Cheese were very bland. Chicken was also dry.

                                                                    The venue is lovely, the food was wonderful. We had the salmon and a ribeye. The martini was one if the best. However, the restaurant is very busy, and loud.
