    We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food is really good, although the portion is a bit small. However, it enabled us to share different kinds of food. We ordered the roast chicken, big eye tuna, fungi pizza and clam spaghetti. They’re excellent ! We will come again

    We had excellent service from Gary. The pasta was mediocre at best. Really a comedown from last visits. Tables were way too close. crowded noisy unpleasant atmosphere. No longer an option for us. I’m cancelling my res later this month with two friends.

    I was running late, but I called 4 times, and each time, the automatic answering did not connect me to a line where I could tell them that we were coming, but late for our reservation because of traffic. But the staff was great and they fit us in so we made our concert on time. The food was great, the service was great, but the place was noisy and hopping. Our only complaint was not being able to contact someone by phone.

    Excellent food in great location. Serving staff could use a little more training regarding managing utensils between courses. All staff courteous--nice people! Wish it wasn't quite so noisy, and seating rather close together, not helping with the noisy issue. Will definitely return for totally excellent food!

    We sat outside, which was lovely and less noisy. A Mano is a great place for a meal in Hayes Valley. We shared the kale salad, some Arancini and the Cacio e Pepe fries (yum!) plus a pasta. Everything was quite good.

    The food was delicious and very tasty... the non-alcoholic options were great too! We will definitely come back to enjoy another tasty meal!

    We had a large dinner, with little time before the Jazz show. Food and beverages were great and service was prompt. We’ll come back next time!

    We had to wait quite a while to have a glass of wine brought to the table. The waiter never returned to see if we wanted another glass. We had to ask the hostess for help. The fish dinner with spinach was a bit fishy and drowning in olive oil. I didn’t eat it and should have returned it. The waiter never inquired if everything was alright. This is the first time I have had a less than great experience at A Mano. Sure hope it’s not a trend. Very disappointing.
