The cuisine at Chef Jean-Georges’ abc kitchen reflects a passionate commitment to the freshest organic and local ingredients possible. The restaurant’s changing menu focuses on local, sustainable, seasonal produce that does not use pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, or GMOs. Meat, fish, and dairy are locally sourced where possible, from humanely treated, pasture-fed animals free of antibiotics and hormones. A rooftop garden provides herbs and microgreens. Teas, coffees, spices, wines, juices, and elixirs are organically cultivated in fair-trade cooperatives. The dining room includes found, salvaged, reclaimed, and recycled building materials.
We selected it because it had a good mix of healthy (fish, salads) and hearty (pasta, burger) - a little something for everyone. It was all tasty. Service ws great.

The menu was limited. We ordered a butternut squash choice off of the SHAREABLE section of the menu. It was tiny. There was three of us and it was barely large enough for two. The pizzas were ok, good but nothing special. The food was fine but personally I wouldn’t go back. I was hoping for a basic salad but that wasn’t even offered.
