                          We sat on "the deck" and it was very quiet and roomy. Our server, Matthew, was amazing-making sure we never needed a thing. The food was spectacular-delicious, hot and packed with flavour. Can't wait to go back!❤️

                          My wife and I were celebrating our 26 th wedding anniversary. I had posted that we were celebrating an anniversary there was no comment from the staff and we were sat at the worst spot of the restaurant. Many times asking for refills of just water. We felt rushed at every course of the meal. We have gone to this restaurant many times and this was a disappointment.

                          The relaxed atmosphere at the Mill made it very easy to enjoy our lunch together. The waiter was attentive, prompt, and pleasant. The food was offered in good portions and very tasty. Overall, a really enjoyable experience.

                          Beautiful restaurant with gorgeous ambience. The food was not so great. Charcuterie was a lot of spicy/fatty meat, four small pieces stale bread, no cheese/olives/crackers. We didn’t eat much of it. My lamb was very bland, no taste really and again little meat, lots of fat. Cheesecake was ok, small. Waiter was lovely just food was blah. No wine list. Waited 12 years to try it and probably won’t go back unless it was the murder mystery theatre and different food.

                          Lovely place to celebrate a special occasion. The food was delicious but my steak was served warming, not hot. Unfortunately the fruit flies were out in force and were a nuisance that needed to be better controlled. Nice ambiance.

                          What a wonderful discovery- we have been planning to visit Aberfoyle for so long and glad that we finally did!! What a quaint restaurant with an old-worldly charm - transports you almost into medieval times- love the wood and rustic walls of this nice restaurant. The servers were so prompt and attentive throughout our meal. The food was simply awesome - We were promptly served with warm bread..We started off Zucchini Soup (pour mois) and hubby had the Spicy Shrimp - fingerlickingly good!! I almost licked my plate of Chicken Entree- the sauce was amaaazing!! Hubby had the Striploin and it was perfectly cooked to his liking. Only downside- they did not serve us any water!! All in all a wonderful place which we will definitely return to despite the long drive!!
