Abreo, located in the heart of Rockford, is focused on creating a dining experience that is not easily forgotten. The chef, Paul Sletten, is focused on creating an inspired menu that contains seasonal ingredients from local farmers and suppliers. Guests who visit Abreo have the option to dine in one of four unique dining areas such as the newly remodeled bar, outdoor garden patio, private dining room and private wine cellar. The menu tends to change on the whim or inspiration of the chefs. Small plate dining is available at Abreo. The recommended serving for these is to order three small plate options for a full dinner experience. Some options are watermelon salad, blackened scallops and tandoori lamb chops.
