   Did not actually dine there. We were booked on Open Table for dinner ahead of a nearby concert. When we arrived at 5:30 pm we found the venue packed and extremely loud because they were hosting a Fashion Show. We went to our table hoping that it would be away from the noise and crowds but it was at the end of the catwalk with 4 glaring flood lights illuminating it. They should never have accepted dinner reservations for this evening. I did message the restaurant about this but got no response. I guess they simply don’t care. Too bad I was excited to try this restaurant out.😡😡😡

   Our plan was to dine here before seeing a show at the QE Theatre. Do not make this mistake! We are from out of town and didn’t know any better. This is not a restaurant but some kind of club that holds special events. We walked into a loud, bright show of some kind going on in the middle of the floor and lots of people standing everywhere. We declined to stay and eat. The person we spoke to did apologize but the general vibe was ‘we don’t care’. Luckily we found a nice restaurant in a nearby hotel.

   I made a reservation for dinner. They could only offer slider and fries plus three versions of salad. What restaurant open for business with that menu? They claimed there was a big event taking place and limiting their ability, but there were hardly 10 people at the “party” by the time I leave. I could understand If there was a big party indeed. I mean, just don’t take reservations if you can’t serve your guests properly. Otherwise, good and service wasn’t bad.

   Wow! I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this experience was exceptionally horrible and I feel others should beware. We (along with several other groups that we saw there) made reservations for indoor dining. Upon our arrival, however, we were informed they’d booked out the space for a ‘private party’. They told us we could sit on the patio.. which was a collection of wet plastic patio tables and low lounge tables (unsuitable for eating). The patio had a DJ playing beats at an insanely loud volume.. like, concerts are quieter. We couldn’t hear each other across the table. It was also threatening massive downpours of rain on the weather forecasts. No one at the establishment cared, in the least, that they had inconvenienced us. In spite of all of this, we decided to give them a chance. The menu was odd (unappealing), other than the pizzas, and expensive for the atmosphere. So, we stuck around for just drinks instead. The waitress was attentive and kind, to her credit. However, when we got the bill, the total shown on the machine she handed over (no paper bill issued) wasn’t adding up. Only when questioned did she inform us there was a 20% service fee added to our total. Which is maybe fine if this is an added tip. But, she said this wasn’t the tip and we were encouraged to tip on top of that. Safe yourself the pain and avoid this place at all costs!

   The beet ravioli salad was unique and delicious. The entrees were good portions and very tasty.

   Exceptional hosting with a great setting including views of the lake, nearby gardens and fountains. Well prepared food with fabulous tasty dishes.

   Terrible service. Cocktails are very bad. We ordered some calamari (5/10), beef carpaccio which was horrible. Some pizzas that were nothing special but highly overpriced. Please do not go there The location is very nice but even the patio furniture was very dirty. Do not waste your time…and money there

   Set among a beautiful park with fountains and a view with much potential, but the establishment itself was a huge disappointment. Poorly run, needs maintenance and a deep clean, way overpriced for quality of food and wine. Would not return.

    When we walked in I thought we were in the wrong place. The food was amazing but I think it came across as more of a night club. We were the only ones in the place which felt weird. People were friendly.
