    I thought I was booking a real dining room experience. This was literally the restaurant off the hotel lobby. It could have been in any hotel. Brightly lit, no ambience. Food was fair. I would never go back for dinner but I heard brunch is just good. Lessoned learned. This hotel chain has really fallen in quality. I waited at the host desk while the host took a very long reservation without any acknowledgment of me. I saw another couple leave after being seated and someone else was seated a few minutes later with the original water glasses. Never again

    Overall mediocre , nothing stands out. Tuna tartar tasted like it had just been scooped directly from the fridge. Would suggest trying something more exciting if you’re in this price range. Loud children at the hotel also annoying. Not that busy and somehow service still isn’t great.

    Very disappointed in our experience. My friend and I have had a tradition of going to the Four Seasons’ restaurant during the holidays for about 25 years! They used to have a wonderful buffet and a fireplace. Several years ago, they changed decor, name of restaurant and had menu selections which were very good. Now, the menu selections are minimal and way overpriced for little food. I had an omelette that was very small with no accompaniment. It cost $28! My friend had $28 avocado toast—one slice of toast. Again nothing came with it. Although the hotel is beautifully decorated, sadly we have to end our tradition. On top of this, we had to go to host stand to ask for our bill because waiter never returned

    Was disappointed there was not live music on Christmas dinner as there had been in the past. They also put us on a side seating area that was too bright for dinner ambiance.

    I absolutely loved all the appetizers and shareable dishes! They were incredible. I highly recommend them. However, the main courses were quite disappointing. The service was great, though. The ambiance was nice and chill, perfect for a relaxed evening.

    The lunch menu offers several healthy and delicious options. I had a salad with added salmon. It included a generous portion of avocado. They have a selection of outstanding green teas. Stacy, our waitress, provided excellent service. We lingered after lunch and had a long, enjoyable conversation. No one rushed us to leave.
