    The room looks great, nice chandeliers, upscale interior; Service is fine, nothing to complain about; Relatively quiet early evening when we arrived. Food is great. The shrimp were carefully cooked and tasted fresh with a delicate flavor. Same for the swordfish. Lamb chops, despite being slightly overcooked, tasted good and came with fine mashed potatoes and a nicely reduced sauce. Prices are acceptable for the quality of the food and the nice ambiance. It is not a very lively place, not a place where you would go to party. But for a tranquil and enjoyable meal, free from the clamor of loud crowds, this is an excellent choice.

    I have been to Adria several times and it continues to be a delight. The food is great, the service is great, and the restaurant is sophisticated with great lighting and comfortable seating. I particularly like the meatballs and the prosciutto and mozzarella as appetizers, both exquisite. I’ve had the lamb, the halibut, and the paccheri with lobster and all are outstanding. Will definitely be going back again and again.

    Beautiful meal in lovely room. Radicchio salad and halibut were ambrosial. Can’t wait to go back.

    We had halibut and a pasta dish along with a beet salad. All were very good. Going back with friends next week!

    This new restaurant is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The chief uses unusual and interesting additional ingredients in each dish. It wasn't just grilled branzino but branzino with fennel, parsley and a wonderful green type of pesto sauce. The restaurant is lovely including the flatware, light fixtures and wainscotting. I am sure it will be a tough place to get a reservation. You go once and know you want to come back again.

    Food was nothing short of excellent...flavors + preparation. Overall great dining experience. If I had to be super critical both pastas came out barely warm and timing between apps and first course was a bit long. I think most people enjoy their food hot...only criticism.

    I feel bad for this place. Great service, wonderful surroundings, but the menu is uninspired and the food bland. It was my second time here. I wanted to go twice just in case my first time was just a mistake. But both times were the same. I was having a hard time getting reservations at other local restaurants the Wednesday before Thanksgiving so have them this second try. And there is a reason why they were the only restaurant that was mostly empty. They need to rework the menu and get a new chef. Add new items to the menu and don’t forget to season the dishes a bit. The competition on the Upper East Side is fierce. Unless there is a rapid change soon, they will not make it 6 months.
