   I really felt that the staff wanted us to enjoy the experience. I contacted them in advance regarding the circumstances of one of my guests and they did all they could to ensure we had a good time. The table setting was appealing, the food was delicious and well presented. I thought it was great value as there was more than we could eat and I hadn’t realised a glass of Prosecco was included! I would certainly recommend this as a treat day out.

   I had the most wonderful afternoon tea at the fitz following my wedding. The staff were fantastic and the dietary requirements within my party were accommodated for wonderfully. Thank you to the whole team!

   Food and service was very good. However I had booked this based on recent videos I had seen on social media where it looked like it was held in a nice lounge area and we seemed to be seated in the restaurant which was a little dark

   One of the best afternoon tea experiences I've had! Thoroughly recommend. Booked afternoon tea as a birthday present for my mum. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful setting. The food and beverages were fantastic. I would definitely book again!

   I was very disappointed after my visit. We spent over £300 on a family celebration to eat and drink for lunch. The service was very poor, we had to find someone for service eg to order drinks or clear our table. The milk served with our tea/coffee was off and had a smell and white bits that floated in our drink, we had to ask for replacements. Each time we needed a drink we awaited patiently for at least 30min before having to find someone to take our order. The restaurant was not busy so staff shortages was not an issue. I work in the same industry as a senior manager so am usually very understanding with its clearly staff to demand ratio. On this occasion, I did not get my moneys worth and would appreciate and refund
