AG Inspired Cuisine is where romance and exceptional dining meet. Chef Cory Linkson crafts ever-evolving menus that showcase Niagara’s finest ingredients, paired perfectly with a wine list boasting VQA selections from the region’s top wineries.

With its chic, intimate ambiance, AG is ideal for a romantic dinner, a celebration with friends, or simply indulging in Niagara’s most authentic culinary experience. This isn’t just dining; it’s a connection to the land, the seasons, and the heart of Niagara itself.

The food was absolutely incredible and worth every penny, highly recommend the honey and Rosemary crem brulee! My husband and I celebrated our birthdays and would enjoy the food again in a heartbeat.

Everything about the dinner was excellent; we are locals and it was our first time here. We were not disappointed and will be back! Excellent in all aspects!

Our server was FANTASTIC. The appetizers far out weighed the entrees. There is a big focus on gravies and mushrooms and it was a little much. The steak was a little tough and should not be paired with gnocchi (about 4) - a better starch would be more enjoyable. They were very lack luster. Seasoning on food - bang on. No need for salt/pepper. Given the cost, I'd have expected a little more bang.

I had a business dinner with a party of six. All agreed it was one of the best dining experiences any of has had. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and Lisa, our server, was a wealth of knowledge on the menu and created a great vibe. The food was truly farm to table and you could tell it was made with love. We ordered and shared just about everything on the menu, and all of it was super fresh, well conceived, well presented, and absolutely delicious. They have a great local wine list and an awesome cocktail menu as well. I couldn’t recommend a place higher. Great job to the AG team!

We had a wonderful time at the AG restaurant. The food was delicious. Everything tested fresh. Our server was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed our evening there.

We had the most wonderful experience at your restaurant. Everything from the food, presentation, service, and ambiance. It exceeded our expectations. We especially liked talking with Cory. Our waitress was excellent! Very friendly and social. She was helpful with providing more detailed information on the food items and drink choices without making us feel rushed. The food was excellent all around, the maple hot smoked salmon candy appetizer being the highlight of the entire night. The main dish I ate off the main menu was a chicken dish that was absolutely excellent. The sauces and melody of vegetables combined with the tender, perfectly cooked meat wrapped chicken provided an incredible balance of flavors. The only possible thing I may change in that dish to improve it would be slightly more of the vegetables. I was running out of vegetables well before the chicken, and they complimented each bite so well that I had to ration them to ensure I had enough to have with every bite of the chicken. I tried all food items my table of four ordered. The only item that stood out poorly was the Venison Bolognese off the Bistro menu. The flavour was very lack luster and tasted like an average dish one would make at home. I thought the music was a little too top 100-esk, and believe the ambiance could benefit from more eclectic and varied music choices, not necessarily straying completely from upbeat or familiar as I expect your intention was to keep things energetic and talkative for patrons rather than quiet and calm where patrons feel the need to whisper, but it was back to back top hits from the past 20 years all night, and I feel it did not align with the varied and complex quality of the dishes and interior design. The lighting and interior design was quite pleasant. I hear they are upgrading their interior design soon as well! These are obviously my personal opinions, but I hope it can provide some thoughtful insight, I try not to provide feedback without giving it thorough consideration. Overall 4.4/5! ~ I will definitely come back again.

Very refined menu with a balanced variety of appetizers and entrees. Location is located a short distance from the main Fallsview area but is a hidden gem and worth the walk. The food and service were both excellent.
