Overrated. Our anticipation to eat at this oft-recommended restaurant was exceeded only by our disappointment at the food. Lobster should be cooked thoroughly, not have a raw center. Ravioli should not be cold. The crab roll also disappointed. The whipped ricotta and rocoto shrimp were very good. Our service was great and the atmosphere is very nice. But there are much better options on this island of great restaurants.

Agua never disappoints - the food is always delicious and service is wonderful. The outside seating is a quiet oasis within the energy of Camana Bay.

Always a pleasure to dine at AGUA, exciting menu with incredible specials. Food presentation is top notch and everything is fresh and prepared perfectly. Service is friendly and attentive. Wonderful service and terrific food. We both had fish and loved it. We sat outside under a tree full of lights along the water. A beautiful setting!

The food was fresh and excellent. We especially enjoyed the tuna sashimi and the tuna and snapper mains. The inside of the restaurant was very cold because of the air conditioning so we sat outside despite the wind. The ambiance was otherwise pleasant and the servers very attentive.

We had a lovely evening with great service and food. We always enjoy dining here. The food is creative and fresh. Their fish dishes are wonderful. My husband loved the tuna, and we all really enjoyed the beef carpaccio with truffles. But the big surprise of the evening was how delicious they could make chicken. I wasn't very hungry, so opted for something light, not expecting anything special from chicken. The flavours were amazing, and it's now one of my favorite dishes at Agua. I highly recommend this restaurant.
