Agua Viva is one of the flagship restaurants in Chef José Andrés’s collection at Conrad Los Angeles. At this chic rooftop restaurant, Chef Andrés effortlessly weaves vibrant Asian flavors with Latin American influences, all while paying homage to his home country of Spain.
Our menu features diverse global flavors that reflect the true melting pot of LA. Designed to be shared, our dishes are as eye-catching as they are vibrant, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. As you decompress in our breezy dining room, enjoy sparkling platters of oysters; a bright, refreshing Young Coconut Ceviche studded with avocado and mango; Chef Andrés’s iconic Txule Burger, made with dry-aged ribeye; and whole fried sea bream, with fresh herbs and mojo verde.
Located within Conrad Los Angeles, a part of the stunning Frank Gehry-designed The Grand LA, Agua Viva features a promenade, bar area, and upper and lower dining rooms with terrace views of the mountains.

Excellent food and view. Great spot to eat especially the brunch was fabulous~! We ate here for lunch the next day too. Both our servers were great; Paola was especially helpful and lovely. Recommended eating here if staying at the Conrad. Cheers!

Our experience at Agua Viva was exceptional. The drinks we ordered were great. The flavor in all of the dishes we had were top notch, we had no complaints with any of them. They were also all perfect to share. We left very satisfied!

The ambience of this rooftop oasis was RUINED by a young couple next to us who were baiting each other into fights and blasting videos on their phones at each other. Given we were one of 3 tables on the whole terrace, I would have appreciated better space between diners. Food was special and service was otherwise terrific.
