   Amazing food, ambiance, and service. Favorites include the rigatoni bolognese, stracciatella (one of the best I’ve had) and the grilled chicken. Highly recommend.

   I loved the place! The tasting menu is 100% recommended. The quality, quantity, and price are perfectly balanced. I would definitely do it again.

   I went to eat yesterday with my family, the service is really good, the food has perfect taste and mix of flavours, i recommend to order the chef tasting menu, it has 8 different dishes including the dessert

   Service started off ok, but felt abandoned by the end of dinner. Had to get up to find our server for the check. I thought the food was good.

   Spectacularevening. I had some business associates who wanted to experience great cuisin in an intimate environment. Chef Victor Rosado is one of the most talented chefs in Florida, and he treated us to an amazing dinner full of surprises. Just to mention some of the outstanding dishes: seafood risoto with squid ink, seared scallops, Caviar on "gold fish" belinis, seared duck - all cooked to perfection. Wine selection was superb. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

   I had Brunch on a Saturday at Ahu Mar. The ambiance is quite comfortable and beautiful. Service seems quite well-intended but is slow and erratic. The fruit salad was excellent. The cacio e pepe lacked flavor. The mimosa and cappuccino were OK but not great. The price was excessive considering the quality. I cannot recommend the restaurant.

   The name on the restaurant has changed along with a more expanded menu, but this is still consistently the best restaurant in Brickell. The menu is incredibly inventive, full of very layered and developed flavor notes that will make you ask yourself what is that that your tasting.

   It was nice enough. It was not busy but the waiter was taking a very long time to get back to us. Food was really good had the lobster ravioli, grilled veggies, grilled octopus…. All good. But the salmon steaks had no seasoning. They forgot the salt and pepper. However it was cooked perfectly. It’s an ok restaurant nice and chill. You want to eat decent food and have a good conversation while at dinner since it is nice and chill… good spot for that. But with so many great options in Miami probably not one I will revisit.

    We sat outside and the traffic was very noisy being on a very busy intersection to the point where we had to yell over horns, not to the restaurants fault but something to keep in mind. The calamary was served in some type of bowl made out of the restaurants napkins. We finished with the truffle pizza which was good, but had no truffle taste to it at all. Overall would not recommend unfortunately.
