Akbar Palace is an Indian restaurant in the Midtown West area of New York. It is an upscale restaurant that shows the classier side to ethnic Indian cuisine. The dining room itself is elegant and stylish. Recessed ceiling lights give off a warming glow that mixes well with the colorful wall arrangements, natural wood floors and delicately dressed tables.
The menu at Akbar Palace is created with authenticity and attention to detail. During the week days, a lunch buffet is offered that features eight flavorful entrees and a daily dessert. Throughout the entire week, popular dinner entrees like the chicken tikka masala, lamb chops and shrimp curry. Naan is served as an appetizer before meals. A large variety of delicious vegetarian meals are also found on the menu at Akbar Palace. There is a bar at this restaurant which serves wine and beer to guests.

Excellent authentic Indian with attentive service. We ordered several entrees and shared among our group. The Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken & Spinach were favorites of everyone in our group. The Tikka Masala sauce is phenomenal - be sure to order Naan to soak up every last drop of it!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Great food! There are even a few dishes I've never tried. They don't have a wine and beer list yet, be aware. But they can serve by-the-glass. No full bar yet. The air-conditioning could be improved. It was kind of close and sticky. And the music selection became unpleasant. If they would keep to Indian music it would be much better. Akbar means great. They're not great in all ways yet.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

A very mediocre experience. Maybe with time they'll hone their menu. As of now, there are too many other Indian options in the vicinity, to make this worthwhile. Great price, but I'd rather pay the extra $2 and go elsewhere. I am willing to give this place another shot in a couple of months - maybe they'll have improved by then.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
