Taking its name from akitsu, which means ‘dragonfly’, AKI in Valletta aims to reflect the elegance and sophistication this insect demonstrates in its sleek body and flying pattern.

Modern Japanese cuisine is prepared by our highly-trained and skilful chefs using the freshest and most seasonal ingredients. Savour our enticing selection of sushi, tapas-style dishes together with a selection of meat and fish dishes expertly grilled on our Japanese robata grill allowing you and your friends to feast on a variety of exciting dishes. Match our culinary creations with an extensive beverage list which features a diverse list of wines, cocktails and Japanese Sake.

     Preisleistung stimmen überhaupt nicht überein. Geschmacklich wahres gut, aber viel zu teuer.  Viel zu laut und zu kalt. Appetiser für 25€ total über rissen

    I cannot recommend Aki enough if you’re in Valletta. The food was outstanding, the service was unmatched, and the restaurant itself was perfect. I wish I lived closer so I could come back every week.

    Overrated, sticky dirty scratched tables, drainage smell, sushi - too much topping sauces such as mayonnaise. The steak fish as a main course was delicious. Staff always with a smile.
