ÀLAVITA is all about fresh pasta and local ingredients—from Agnolotti to Tortellini to Garganelli, Linguini to Pappardelle—created freshly every day using Northwest flour and local eggs. A restaurant whose name means “to life,” (Well actually two words– ‘alla’ ‘vita’ –that we put together to create one) ÀLAVITA is a great place for celebrating life with good friends and family alike.                                                                                       every dish we tried was very bitter, like too much lemon?? not even sure that is what was causing the bitterness. and it was not just my taste buds, my wifes too. Service was very good and orders were out timely, The menu was simple not a lot of choices

                                                                                      We had a wonderful evening overall and the food was excellent, full of nice contrasts in flavors & textures. I think maybe a touch overvalued, but the location and ambiance are superb. The rigatoni was amazing! We finished the evening with the pistachio cannoli- definitely delicious and highly recommend! They have an impressive wine collection, although most only available in bottles only. Our server, Justin, made great recommendations for food-wine pairing and sampled us a few we were torn between. Overall we’ll be back👍🏻 Overall we will dine again.

                                                                                      All of our food was excellent! The portions were good-sized. The Caesar salad was served in cold bowls and was the best I've ever had. Our server was very attentive. Great experience!

                                                                                      Our Valentine's Day dinner at Alavita was absolutely delightful! Right from the start, the cozy yet stylish ambiance set the perfect mood for our evening. The restaurant had a warm and inviting vibe that made our group of three couples feel right at home. The food was just incredible! We couldn't get enough of the butternut squash gnocchi; it was like little pillows of heaven. Our server, Justin, gave us the insider tip to add sausage crumble to the dish, and wow, did that make a difference! It was a flavor explosion that we won't soon forget. The meatballs were also a big hit at our table—juicy, tender, and absolutely delicious. But what really made our night special was Justin himself. He was super engaging, easily remembered all of our names, and made us feel like VIPs with his thoughtful recommendations. His friendly and attentive service made our evening that much more enjoyable. Overall, Alavita is a gem of a place. Whether you're there for a special occasion or just a night out with friends, you're in for a treat. We can't wait to go back!
