Alberto's Ristorante was established in 1984 at which time, Northern Italian cuisine and fresh homemade pasta were introduced to Cape Cod for the first time. Since then, we have continued this tradition of all fresh ingredients and in-house preparation of every course from the soups to the desserts.

Our reputation for casual elegance arises from our emphasis on decor, service, the pride we take in food preparation, and our affordability. Over the years, we have received rave reviews from food critics from the Cape Cod Times, The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, Cape Cod Life Magazine, Fodor's, AAA, and New York Times critic James Beard for "...exquisite Northern Italian cuisine". Our lounge is the perfect setting for a before dinner cocktail, an after dinner espresso, or an even more casual meal. Call for lounge or bar seating (high tops only)

We had reservations and it was New Years Eve, so needless to say it was chaotic. We arrived on time, checked in and waited for half an hour to be seated. The wait staff were doing a good job considering there was a full house at 8pm. The food was good and the overall experience was good.

we were there on new years eve. Reservation was 7;45 we were seated no later than 8. We bought drinks at the bar while we waited and the bartender was friendly and quick. We were seated in the larger dining room to the left which was nicely decorated for the occasion. We had a terrific table in the middle of the room. it was a 6/8 top and they seated the 3 of us at it- terrific! (The only issue all night was the waiter never came over for over 15 minutes- and wasn't super talkative. He finally took our drink orders and we put in our meal orders at same time. The food was simply wonderful. (chix parm, chix carbonara & a veal dish- and the angel hair was NOT over cooked which is extremely difficult on a holiday when the kitchen is cooking so much food at once. My mom had a wonderful custard dessert with syrup and whipped cream. Overall this was an A+. WE have been dining there since at least the 1980s and we do not remember ever having a bad meal.

Everything was great, including service on a busy New Year's Eve. The only criticism we have is that the Calamari App was overcooked (chewy) other than that it was great

I was happy to get a last minute reservation for New Year's Eve. We arrived a few minutes early, and were greeted immediately; and seated promptly. My usual choice, the Shrimp and Scallops Fiorentina was delicious and perfectly cooked. The Seafood Manicotti was delicious, as well. Service is always top notch - friendly and professional. It was the perfect setting for a special evening.

New Year's Eve...a busy night. we were seated promptly at our reservation time, service was prompt, professional, and friendly. The food was wonderful, as usual. A great way to end 2024!

This was our first visit to Alberto’s Ristorante. We had reservations and were sat immediately. Service was outstanding. Food was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. It was Christmas time and I kept commenting how tastefully decorated. We’ll be back.

The experience was fantastic! I came in with a party of about 16 and they accommodated us wonderfully. The food was amazing & the service was top tier. Highly recommend.

Food always consistently good as is the service. Veal is excellent and pasta and marinara sauce is exceptional and tasty. Highly recommend dining here when on the Cape.
