This place has really gone downhill. For a place that holds itself out to be upscale, they have a lot of work to do on their processes, service and product. The check in process is chaotic. The service was awful. The server came by once to take our order and then we had to wave her down to get her to come by to refill water or bring our bill. She came by maybe 3 times total in over a an hour. It took 20 mins for 3 of 4 drinks to arrive, the 4th had to be re-ordered and took another 10 mins, then was not what was ordered. $22 for a gin martini, wrong gin, and *maybe* 1 oz of liquid in the glass. Nobody came by for another 20 mins so we couldn’t even tell them there was an issue. Manager said he would comp it but it was still on the bill and we just wanted to leave so we paid anyway rather than waiting another 20 mins for it to be fixed. The people next to us were so hammered when they arrived, they were literally screaming, acting like rodeo clowns and disrupting everyone around them. Manager did nothing. Absolutely low-brow experience overall.
