Alcove always delivers excellent food and service. The ambiance is warm and inviting. The noise level is quiet enough to carry on a conversation. They have a wonderful menu with plenty of options for everyone, plus great drinks and of course Madtree Beer. Our Riverside Food Tour guests love the stuffed French Toast. It's always a favorite dish on the Saturday morning Cincy Brunch Tour!

Generally underwhelming. It was fine but nothing really stood out as exceptional or different. We shared the charcuterie board. Very basic. We shared steak frites. The fries were ok and the steak was average. It was prepared perfectly which is rare. No pun intended.

It was our first time here. The drinks, food excellent service given by Sean made for a great evening for our group. Thanks so much and we will definitely be back.

This is my 2nd visit to Alcove. They do a great job of making great food without being pretentious. The menu is varied in that you can spend a little more money, but also have a tasty sandwiches. This meal pleased all - dad with steak frites (a perfect med rare!), massive chicken sandwich and cod sandwiches for the kids, and a lovely chicken with pumpkin gnocchi for the Mrs. These were enjoyed by all. Dessert was cheesecake and chocolate cake were very good and just the right size. I don't want to forget about the "... by MadTree" part - the drinks and cocktails are anchored by MadTree craft beer as well as Sway. I went with the classic Identity Crisis and Holly Days. The kids loved their mocktails. The cocktail look great and perhaps next time I will venture that way.

We had amazing food and the best time at Alcove. We had a larger group and everyone's dinner choice was delicious. Our server was wonderful—she was cheerful, fun and patient with our group.

An uneven experience. Our server was really good but the rest of the team didn’t seem to want to be there. The pork chop and chicken were excellent but friends who had the Cod and Salmon found them overcooked. Plus it was very loud. Just an inconsistent and average experience.
