   Just marvellous and surprising in every respect. Fascinating and imaginative food - for example, a fennel consommé among other wonderful amuse-bouches, and an amazingly presented Brillat-Savarin cheese - served with care and personality. Just a wonderful, memorable evening.

   Accueil très agréable et souriant Tout était parfait: de la mise en bouche, l'entrée, les plats et le dessert ! Et même attention pour nous conseiller les boissons pour nous qui ne sommes pas des grands amateurs de vin! Il vient d'avoir une étoile et c'est tellement tellement mérité!

   Food and service was great! The lunch meal is very good value. Vegetable dishes were flavorful and bright, meat serving was rich and interesting. Highly recommend.

   Ein unglaublich sympathisches Team, sehr gute und kreative Küche, angenehmes Wohlfühlambiente - sehr zu empfehlen. Hoffentlich bald mit einem Michelin Stern.

   A fantastic experience from the small team at Aldehyde. We really enjoyed the creativity of the food, great wine pairings and excellent service. Some unusual and intriguing flavours and excellent wines to match, and offers reasonable value for this level of cooking. Highly recommend!

   Very disappointing. The chef has supposedly high end training, and the restaurant is supposed to feature Tunisian accents. The Tunisian accents were mostly imperceptible and the food was more like Julia Childe, with sauces like beurre blanc and bearnaise. Nothing was better than fair, and I don't remember any longer a single dish.

   The food was delicious and well presented. It's very intimate inside and we had an excellent view of the kitchen. I went with my son and he loved being treated so well, he felt very special and enjoyed the meal as well. He was even presented with a special drink which made him love the restaurant even more.     Exceptional. It felt like we got to hear an artist perform for the first time in what will be a very successful career. Everything from start to finish was without errors. Intimate, personable, glad to have discovered them. Already looking to return our next time in Paris.
