My friends and I went this weekend and while I understand the business due to the homecoming bar hops and do not blame them for the wait, everything else was just a waste of time and money. One free TINY basket of chips and a side cup of salsa, then $6 for anything after. We had probably 10 chips in our basket. When our food arrive an hour and a half later it was ice cold, the rice tasted like the uncle Ben’s box rice. And we couldn’t even ask to get food remade because our waiter was no where to be seen. In the two and a half hours there we saw our waiter twice, barely got refills, and after our food was delivered, did not see them until about an hour after with our bill.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We were greeted immediately and the service was very prompt. They checked on us frequently. The food was very good as were the margaritas— we had a 1/2 pitcher, enough for a glass and 1/2 for the two of us. It was moderately noisy. I could hear the person across the table, but had to lean in a bit. All in all great location, close to DuPont metro. Will go again請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We had a good time at Alero. We had an early dinner during happy hour so there was some noise. Unfortunately, while serving the drinks one of the cups fell and made a bit of a mess with the salsa splattering onto some of our clothes. No concession offered by the restaurant for the mess created, which was disappointing. Wonderful food and great homemade habanero pepper hot sauce.請 問這對你有幫助嗎？
