The Alex Surf Club is arguably the best seat on the beach with great food and friendly service all in one incredible location. Grab a seat at one of our great dining locations in the Bistro, Kiosk or Bluff Bar and your taste buds will be rewarded!

Our menus feature great family value meals cooked with some of the best locally grown and made produce on the Sunshine Coast.

Please note bookings 1-7 persons have 1.5 hours on table and 8+ persons have 2 hours.

    Ordered the rump steak 300g. There's no way it was 300g. Heaps smaller. Had to pay an extra $3 for Veggies instead of salad. The "veggies" consisted of 2 tiny slithers of pumpkin, tomatoe, and a tiny bit of capsicum. The meal also came with chips which was a tiny portion. Overall that steak cost $42 dollars and I was still hungry afterwards. The smallest steak meal I've ever had. We won't be going back. It was a busy night with a 45min wait for food. We then found another place to go to for dessert to try and fill us up. The waiter seating people was snapping at people. We heard him swaring to another staff member. Just a bad experience overall.

    Absolutely amazing venue, views & food that was pure art! The Barramundi with mango salsa!! Great service & friendly staff. This would be our local if we lived here.

    Expected busy due to time of year. Meals were a hit or miss. Some fantastic others like the snapper which was the chefs special was dry and almost inedible. Service was average and worst part was having a booking for 12 people with email saying we had our table for 2 hours to be told abruptly at 1hr and 17 min that we had to vacate immediately as others needed table. The waiter was rude and didn't even check as we were about to order desserts but had to leave and go elsewhere. This spoilt the whole night which was a special birthday dinner.

    Food and drinks service was quick given they had a big crowd. Menu offered a good variety of choices. Only negative was bar staff unable to recommend wines due to staff not being familiar with differences between wines listed on drinks menu. Overall a good meal was had by most of our large group
